What do I pay when I join?
You pay the initial joining fee and the first month’s subscription on a pro rata basis.
Do I pay a joining fee next year?
No. The joining fee is a one off payment.
Can I pay a year in advance?
Yes. If you pay for a year in advance you will pay for 11 months instead of 12, gaining one month’s subscription FREE.
Can I join as a joint membership with my friend?
Yes. You can join with a friend, relative or spouse.
Are we tied to a contract if I pay by Direct Debit?
There is no annual Contract. If you then wish to terminate your membership after your guarantee period, we will require 30 days notice in writing. You do not need to renew your membership - this will continue until you cease being a member.
Can I put my membership on hold?
Yes. If you need to put your membership on hold you can do so for only £10 per month. Please be aware there is a maximum of six months hold period within one year.
Can I bring a guest to the club?
Yes. The fees are as detailed below.
Adult - £5.00
Child 4-11Yrs - £2.00
Child 12-15 Yrs - £4.00
Do members receive any discount within the Hotel?
You will also receive 20% discount off all food in the hotel’s bar and restaurant as well as beverage so as long as consumed as part of a meal.
Do I have to pay extra for fitness tests and workout programmes?
No. All fitness tests and programme designs are included in your membership subscription.
Can I come to classes that are on in peak times if I have an off peak membership?
Yes. For members with an off peak membership there is an add-on charge of £10.00 for classes in peak times. All classes must be booked in advance.
